You could except

Lambert always looked to have extra technical ability when playing at the lower levels and Holt has always had phenomenal work rate and nuisance factor for defenders which they don't like at this level.

I don;t know enough about Austin to know if he has either of those but the glimpses I have seen of him thus far have been fairly unremarkable. Just my opinion.
