I see Villa are buying players

and at first I was a bit jealous, then I realized that unlike us they don't seem to be going up against anyone to get them and there is no drawn out negotiations like Ola.

So wondering are these players rubbish and only Villa want them or are they better at keeping it quiet until they have signed them?
