warning, football post

I was in St Sebastian in Spain this weekend. Lovely place, I can drive there in 2.5 hours. Took wife and toddler. Long weekend. Happy days.

I was struck by the number of kids, little kids, in the parks with their dads playing football. 4 year olds in full kit. startling skills. They love their football there and because I go there a lot, nice tapas, I kind of look out for them.

Today I learn we we have them in a pre season friendly at home, and as home then I shall be going. such luck. I trust a few of you lot will be there too? beers then.

secondly, Joe at Newcastle. How FUCKED UP IS THAT? Newcastle are a f**king basket case. Going down.
