I liked it in ways, acting was excellent, and Keeley was lovely as always, but as an adaptaion of Shakespeare it sucked big time, I reckon.
Things I particularly didn't like: "Gordon Ramsey"/"We don't use that name in this kitchen"/"Just say 'the scottish chef'" THat was f**king cringeworthy.
And when the health inspector came in and said "tumpty tumpty tumpty, if you'll excuse my Shakespeare." Didn't like that either.
I think all the aspects that I particularly liked were pretty much down to the source play rather than the adaptation.
What it needed was Billie Piper in a low-cut top like Much Ado last week.
