Is it actually possible...

...to pay a sum of money and then watch streamed matches legally online? I'm a former home-and-away-season-ticket holder but work and general life circumstances make it hard for me to make many matches a season. I'd pay to watch those Norwich games I can't make on a ppv or subscription basis. Does anyone offer that service legally?
