No he isn't, it's people reacting to him that's doing that

Calling him 'it' and slagging everything he posts regardless of content, and people going "everyone ignore him and he may go away" - that's what's creating the atmosphere. He isn't blameless. Recently I pointed out that his treatment looks to me like bullying, and he thanked me for it and then began behaving like an absolute arse.

So it looks as though he's behaving this way deliberately, which suggests he's enjoying this more than anyone else. I don't know what he gets out of it, but I think the flames are fed by the constant bickering. Sure, ignore him, like I do now, just everyone stop making such a drama out of it, and he may just stop being such a drizzle.
