Cancelling a 30 day contract was torturous. I had to resort to swearing at the arrogant c**ts after 40 minutes of refusing to simply cancel rather than downgrade/upgrade/sidegrade.
Even then they continued to bill me. I now have a letter telling me my account has been credited but I need to contact them to arrange payment. I'd rather have a pleasant hour to myself than spend it talking to them in exchange for ?20.
