All these managers who threaten to quit if they don't get to buy exactly who they want

Are really getting on my t*ts. Redknapp already doing the same at QPR and preparing to walk out claiming its not his fault if they do not get promoted.

There are a number of "top" managers who actually have never had to prove themselves at a lower level or show they can actually improve their teams through their management and coaching which surely has to be a part of good management? Those who throw their toys out of the pram at the first no from their chairman when they can;t sign a player they want clearly, deep down, have a lack of faith in their own ability as managers.

He inherited a pretty decent side at Swansea and yes he made them a bit more of a goal threat and won a cup largely because they took it seriously and hardly anyone else did but he needs to pipe down and get on with his job if you ask me.
