Agreed - up to a point

..... there have been problems caused by parties not living up to promises made, or treating the NHS as an ideological football, but I find it hard to look beyond Lansbury for the origins of the current pressure points. A whole series of misconceived changes, against a backdrop of the pressures caused by our ageing population.
