First thing I thought when I heard it was

West Ham v Millwall, league cup game recently

It's an invitation to let the guard down and be reminded of why policing and stewarding is valuble and needed on match day

If it's a sell out and treated like a league game, fine

If it's not, it's odds are stacked against in it being a success, UNLESS, awareness and community amnesty's about trouble are held beforehand (pleas from both clubs, media pleas etc etc)
