Yes of course he will

I have no problem with it at all though - in that scenario we sell for a profit and hopefully get another up-and-comer.

Or he falls in love with our world-class training facilities and our Assistant Kit Manager and stays here till his retirement ten years hence.

Either way it's great for us.
