Had arthritis in that toe for years

Stress fractured it nearly 5 weeks ago, so I've rested it

And the arthritis has kicked off because I haven't moved it

Had an xray this morning, nothing broken, been giving the green light to either walk it off, or find the relevant pain relief

It's caked in max strength ibuleve now
