Horrible moment on M62 a little while ago.

Drove under a bridge with a feller straddling the railings, looking like he was contemplating a jump. Really high bridge, much higher than usual. Checked the travel on BBC since been home - that bit of the motorway is shut now.

Was a horrible moment - is that a person, or a dummy?
