clumsy stereotyping should never be up for discussing alongside racism

If anything, accidental crass suggestions like going for a curry with some Bangladeshi people you've just met, is stereotyping, but 90% of the time, people are mature enough to see that you're just making an effort with them rather than trying to offend them

So yes, if Tiger suggests paella at Sergio's house, it's an assumption based on cultural backgrounds, which is forms a very tiny racial element, but one that's not intended to offend

It certainly isn't a benchmark to compare it as the same thing as smearing excrement all over your neighbours car telling to 'f**k off back where you came from'
