Appreciate how hard that must be, put your

energy, time and effort into achieving what you want. It'll take time mate, doctors are on your side - don't underestimate how exercise can help. Whether its walking, swimming, cycling etc - all really, really helps.

Use the support available to you, they're the professionals (we might not always agree with them, but 99 times out of 100 they will be right).

And keep talking about it - whether its the mighty Wrath or others.
