He's poor tactically against the smaller clubs

and when you achieve worse results after inheriting a good squad which you're able to add quality to then you can hardly justify changing the tactics, especially when the football's generally far worse.

that said, and I'll say this for the hundredth time, he's GREAT in the transfer market and his tactics against the big clubs are good. I also think he's a good representative of the club in terms of character. Still, I only slag him off!
