Getting players to play his way (by applying his tactics)

Crazy stuff for such an accomplished manager....

Even Lambert tried doing the same thing at Villa, playing his own way, rather than how the players wanted or were used to. Didn't he even drop their most expensive striker for pretty much the entire season too?

and to think Hughton had the audacity to try implementing his own tactics and style with us....

Perhaps you could help a foolish idiot here to understand this insane world of football :)
