Barry Fry?

Sounds like the positive kind of thing he'd say from someone that loves wheeling and dealing in the lower leagues finding young/unknown gems. Unless it was meant sarcastically...
But any player can play well if his manager believes in him (like Fry would with his next GB's) - just look at what happened with the opposite and our 'Arry, the one time wheeler-dealer (who takes offence at that term).
