He's good and quick but not sure he's ready for the Prem.

He's done a fine job at Bournemouth this season in an attacking midfield role. Wasn't much of a key player under Paul Groves but has impressed under Eddie Howe. He's scored eight since Howe returned in October, which is a decent tally from a midfielder.

Could probably do with some experience in the Championship before he comes here, he's still pretty young.
