very close to the central railway station where the metro from the airport goes to and from. Lots of nice designer shops around there.

On one day, get up early and do the Sea World place first, then have a very quick look at the boating port (it's too big), and beach (which is next to the port). Do it in that order and get the tram back to the city centre from the beach area.
