Ok fairly urgent pc/laptop help required.

Yesterday those damn streams killed my laptop - got a stupid malware virus from the fake police telling me to pay them or they'll arrest me lol

Anyway those f**king losers have f**ked up my laptop - did a full norton scan killed and managed to kill two heuristic viruses (??) rebooted but now can't get passed the cmd.exe (system32) black command screen

Have run sfc/scannow
And sfc/verifyonly

No integrity violations though

Am now in safe mode under my second user login (which i set up as a temp backup yonks ago) running malware bytes full scan

So far no objects of infection detected

Will also run spybot afterwards

But if I still can't get passed that stupid black cmd.exe screen,

Any sensible suggestions please??

Watching the yoofs on my phone is painful!!
