I'll never forget an FA Cup tie at Chelsea in March '07. They were there for the taking; until Jol sent on about a 2 stone overweight Mido, who cost them the game. But that seemed to sum Spurs up: all fur coat and no knickers, with far too many players indulged and allowed to coast.

It's the same at Fulham. He's too nice, and nowhere near focused enough for a manager at this level IMO.
