How is it second season syndrome when we never tried to play like last season?

Also got to remember that Bassong, Turner, Snodgrass, Tettey, Garrido, Bunn were all regular starters. All new signings.

Many of last season's heroes hardly features or were misused this season as well. Surman, Fox, Tierney, Elliott bennett, etc.

Only Holt has really performed worse than last season out of this season's regulars. R.Martin and BJ have actually improved, so has Ryan Bennett recently.

Not really sure about this second season syndrome to be honest...
