with hindsight no, perhaps it wasn't worth changing the system

but at the time I think most sensible people would have suspected we'd have been in difficulties playing the same way and needed to shore up the defence.
When this system worked it was ok, but obviously being defensive and losing is the quickest way to lose the fans.
We went too defensive obviously.
The main problem in my eyes is that we have such a rigid formation that we're a) extremely slow to go forward and b) very very predictable
