it's the club's job to hire managers

but we've been in relegation form for most of the season which is a big concern going into next

any club should have been safe with 25 points from 17 games (because of the 10 game run) but we've somehow hit rock bottom form since then. and not a single shot on target in our recent away games against struggling sides is simply unacceptable.
