I was too.

20 B&H a day. Another ten if at the pub in the evening.
Patches and lozengers worked a breeze for me - no craving at all. In fact felt awkward when people 'congratulated' me as hadn't really had to fight it.

Thing is, you want to stop. That's the main thing. For years people went on at me about stopping but 'meh' - then one day just had enough of it.
