I'll add three more problems we created for ourselves

1/ Unwillingness to try and finish off a poor Newcastle team at home (0-0)

2/ Unwillingness to try and finish off a poor Fulham team at home (0-0)

3/ Unwillingness make early changes vs Villa away when were down to 10; we had two defensive centre midfielders on for over 15 minutes when we should have got an extra attacker on (1-1)
