Talking of board games

An old RAF colleague invented one - a tactical motor racing game, held on a track on a board. You could choose your moves, starting with a set amount of brakes and acceleration. Each corner could be taken at different max speeds, depending on the lane you took (less squares to move on the inside rtc etc. Pitstops to top up on brakes etc.

It was fun with 2 players, even better with 6, and more blocking etc.

Shame he never marketed it.
