Are you responsible for the legal bits? If so...

Your Terms of Use are the legal Terms and Conditions for buying the items, mixed with some typical Terms of Use stuff.

Ideally your Terms of Use should be purely about the website itself - ie cookie policy, copyright, not ripping off content, etc etc - and you should have a very clear separate set of Ts&Cs for the purchase element.

The 'Privacy & Policy' link title at the bottom should just be "Privacy Policy". The Privacy Policy itself seems to be a hybrid of a privacy policy and website terms of use.

I haven't read through the Ts&Cs or Privacy Policy themselves in detail for errors, as that's verging too close to my day job of writing the bloody things. There are some (lots of) formatting and numbering errors though, and lots of repeated clauses - eg the limitations on liability bit. Not fully certain you've properly covered the DSR requirements/rsks, and the cancellation terms generally are all over the place (you'll get yourselves in a mess sorting that out). I'd have some reservation signing these off as 'business to consumer' friendly.

Whoever out those together (I'm sure it wasn't you!) needs shooting.
