I'd not say point 2 is as clear as you think.
Got bored trying to have a sensible debate with you yesterday - as others have pointed out you seem to struggle acknowledging a nuanced position (in your own arguments or those of others).
Which doesn't make you good at debating or intelligent -
It's a shame, cos you make some decent points on occasion - but you come over inconsistent in tone and logic (very negative about the manager, not all that clear in what you want done - there seems to be some indication that you're trying to be instructional, for hoots, but as I don't think if reads this forum I think you're choosing the wrong platform).
Nb- I'm not aiming to start another debate, just put down my view before heading out .(just in case you think you've won when I don't reply ;-)
