Oh, and thanks for handling the York stuff well

(because that was an example of healthy debate being soiled by others)

Living here, I like to think I have a reasonable view on stuff, but I don't want it to be a weapon to go "well I live here so you're wrong", because I hate that. I hope the way I came accross was just telling it how I felt

You're right, I have a problem with Worthington. That's why the York stuff gets on my tits. Following York is nice because there's nothing personal, I go and I don't even care who's playing crap or who isn't. Installing him, put the personal angle back into something I was blissfully ignorant about. Which is why I think I can put a neutral opinion on Mills's team, because I was loving it. It wasn't nasty or getting serious. I really don't know why York fans after over 10 years of being starved of league football, just suddenly turned into knobheads about it

They did, they've got their new man. I'll go back when the personal angle disappears. That's the beauty of not being comprimised. I'm more than over the moon they stayed up. If they'd gone down, the stadium development could have fallen on it's arse, and things could have taken a turn for the worst. In a tourist City which a council spends more time back slapping each other because of successes they fail to see are because of the history, and not them. In a city like this, there's not much scope for leisure, and more often than not, they're trying to shut everything down to build houses. So the city needs a team, the community needs it. So I'm happy they're up

:)
