I don't think he has been solely to blame either

Holt's c**tery in the summer was horrendous.

Lambert f**ked the club over in the summer, he's near top of the list.

The board should have dealt with both of those situations in a far better fashion.

Regardless, Hughton has failed to work on some huge tactical flaws.
