The fact that you can't see any flaws within his tenure so far worries me

At least when I (and many others) criticize him I also point out his good points, such as transfer record, tactics against the big sides, judgement of defenders compared to Lambert, profesionalism in interviews, dignified approach to presenting the club, etc. That's balance for you.

You on the other hand can't see anything wrong with him, at all. In fact, you have even blamed the board for some of his shortcomings. Baffling.
