QPR - thats a disasterous management appointment....
He had to take over a club where the best manager in years had left, damaging morale and whose captain was demanding to leave. Most deals are lined up after Easter so he was on the back foot transfers wise.
Hoots mission was to stay up. It is still very unlikely we will go down.
He tried playing more attacking and got slaughtered at the start of the season. Bought defenders, now we rarely get slaughtered.
He knows/we know we need more quality up front so he buys a top forward and will buy others. Cant play attacking football with 1 prem quality striker.

Judge him by xmas. I think we will be making progress by then.
