Why does hoots keep going with Holt?

Am I the only 1 thinking this, I luv what he has done for the club but as a skipper he isnt leading. Looks unhappy, cant score, cannot win a ball by fair means. If he wasnt capt would he be playing?.Looks like someone who would rather be somewhere else. Beccio scores 19 in half a season, surely he should be given a chance.
