My biggest problem is that people say he needs loads of money, but we had a good style/system that was working before, why dismantle that? You should know, seeing as that's you're argument for why York should have kept Mills over Worthy.

If we were utter abject s**te last season and only just survived, then, and only then would this complete overhaul have been needed. In that situation I would have understood it, but it really wasn't necessary.
