Personally I think it's a good idea

I know you get some badly misjudged decisions, but the stats show that the vast majority are correct. More importantly, referees need some certainty about their authority to make decisions - if the FA states every single decision they make can be scrutinised again after the match, I think the result will be referees punishing less and waiting for the FA to act retrospectively.
