You'd need a materiality threshold

Needs to be very serious before they'd review. Completely OTT tackle, racial abuse (and, hey, biting), that kind of thing. But I can see no reason not to do it and it doesn't remotely undermine the matchday officials who simply can't be expected to see everything. If players know there's just no way they'd get away with it then maybe it would give them pause for thought.

Maybe diving too.
