...the way I see tackling is a part of the game and as such it's accepted that some tackles go wrong and end up causing injury. I don't think for a second that 99% of players would deliberately try to injure a fellow professional in such a way.
But *biting* somebody plays no part in the sport. It's nothing more than a deliberate attempt to cause injury. It's more comparable to a player punching another or a deliberate stamp.
Bearing in mind he got 7 games for the last time he did this, why shouldn't he be punished further?
