Not always the case in my experience.

Having flown into Sanford about 6 or 7 times and MCO about a dozen, I'd say it was pretty much even (if you count from touchdown to driving away as the time to 'get through').

Also, as earlydoors says. Sanford is a s**tty little airport, MCO is much nice to fly in and out of
