He has done some pretty awful things, no doubt.

but it's harsh to criticize him for having to rely on a load of inexperienced youth players. Hence Westwood, Baker, Clark, Albrighton, Bannan, Lichaj and Herd being used far too much when they're not good enough/ready.

Not saying that he doesn't have some good players, but it's an uphill battle working with such an inexperienced squad.

Lerner has been trying to reduce the wage bill for years and that's a product of that goal.
