In the current squad:
Ruddy
Bassong
Turner
Tettey
Johnson
Snodgrass
Pilkington
Holt

(noticably weaker when they're out)

These are the players we need to supplement to prepare for next season.

Need cover at fullback, attacking mid, striker and players to give us some tactical variation.

Think it's the tactical variation bit which'll be the interesting, like where we need to add pace/nous etc.

Not sure we need the squad overhaul mentioned below but 3-4 quality additions would keep up in contention for staying in the league and building on the last few years.

RVW is a good step in this direction, players like
