Next season lets assume.......

Cardiff, Hull and say either Crystal Palace or Brighton come up.

Cardiff will probably spend but the other two wont spend as much.

I could see all three struggling as the quality gap between the champs and the PL has never been greater in my opinion.

I think Reading, QPR and Wigan would have finished in the top 3 this season in the champs.

The three teams that went down last season had big problems of various kinds.

Im hoping Crystal Palace comes up as I cant see them spending much at all.
