Grant gets bonus points for having the dignity to get out when he did

He knew he wasn't up to it - but no pissing around or playing games of chicken with the board where he was concerned. Good man, awful manager. He's also maybe the only NCFC manager since Stringer's time to give the FA Cup the respect it deserved too.
