In the contest between the smart, take no prisoners manager who shovelled through the s**t and played the board quite brilliantly in his first 3 years here; and the raving idiot who became a walking cliche, couldn't win an away game to save his life, should've kept us up, but didn't, and who stayed on a year past his sell-by date, the second one is always the man I'll remember.
