Poverty thesis request for opinions...
I'm looking for opinions on which items or services might be a absent for a household to be deemed to be in 'poverty' in the UK in 2013.
For instance, you think not owning a washing machine or having any shares or investments constitutes poverty.
Any input will be anonymous and greatly appreciated.
