I think the wroth answer I got for similar was....

Pretend a dodgy arse.... But planning the night before is key... Complain of stomach ache about 7/8... Lock yourself in the s**tter an hour... Send the wife to the shop for Imodium... Get up a few times in the night, by 1 you will be fine and the Imodium has worked a treat!!?
