Whilst watching Holyfield v Lewis in NYC 13 years ago.....

I was in an Irish bar with loads of Brits beside Madison Square Garden and there was two separate people came in with buckets asking to fund the Irish Freedom Fighters. Nobody batted an eyelid but no Brits contributed and some of us told them to sling their hook.

I wish this attack on nobody but I fully understand Bakers comments and don't think they are mistimed, they are hugely relevant. It's a shame that The USA could not help fight terrorism in our country given that the USA was the majority backer.
