pens to home teams

Whilst all smaller clubs can point to dodgy pen decisions when going to the big teams, i find it amazing more people don't understand that citing stats on pens is misleading. Even if every pen decision was correct you will always get more pens at home for arsenal, man utd etc, because they have more of the ball and are in the box more. I would expect 90% plus of pens at these grounds to be for the home team.
