Ruddy (no problem with Bunn though), Martin, Turner, Bassong, Whittaker, Tettey, Howson (if Johnson injured), Snodgrass, Pilkington, Wes, Kamara or Holt.

Although having said that I could see an argument for keeping Wes on thw bench and going 2 big men up front given their lack of height and defensive frailty.
